Spee in pencil. This took a while but it was so fun to do. I mixed a really dark 6b pencil and a 0.7mm mechanical pencil. That's how you get the almost black look with the lighter pencil. It's also good for doing the darker spots quicker and it helps because the mechanical pencils dig into the page in large areas.

those tattoos were hard, let me tell you. haha.

i did use a reference, it was a photo on Flickr. I don't remember how to get it, but I could find it if you'd like to use it.
